This is the last post in my rush week series. If you missed any of the previous articles check them out here: round 1, round 2, round 3, and round 4 (preference round).
Most sororities have their new members wear white on bid day so they all match for pictures.
Try to avoid anything too revealing or any off-white shade that might not match well in the pictures.
I decided to link the items differently this time. I figured showing the price would be helpful. Let me know what you prefer!

My top and bracelet are from Kohls, and I bought the shorts at a store called Runway Collection at Pier Park in Panama City, Florida. All of the exact items I wore are out of stock except for my sandals but check the links below for similar items I found.

The dress I’m wearing is from Wet Seal, and the denim jacket is from Forever 21, but both are out of stock currently. Keep reading to see how I recreated the look with in stock items below.

Round two is generally the most casual day of rush week. Most schools will have you wear a rush week t-shirt and tell you to wear casual shorts with flat shoes.
When picking out shorts make sure the length is appropriate. I would try to stay away from plain khakis or boring shorts since you want to stand out. Also, don’t forget that a lot of dressier shorts have bows and ruffles that might not look right with t-shirts.

Earlier tonight I had the chance to walk the runway for Beauty Through the Storm hosted by Chosen to Conquer and my local mall’s fashion board that I am a member of. It was a great experience and I had a lot of fun.
Rule the Runway is my new series where I take runway looks and find cheaper and more wearable versions. Today I found a yellow dress and taupe booties and clutch from the Gucci Resort 2015 collection.
The combination of a midi dress and mid-calf boots would not be flattering on most people so I opted for a shorter (but still classy) dress and booties instead.

Let me know what you think about my new series! I’ll have more series up soon.
At 5’2 I know how hard it can be to find clothes as a petite teen. I compiled a list of stores that have a good selection of clothes in tiny sizes but these stores are great if you aren’t petite also. Let me know if there are any stores I left off and leave requests for future articles!
